We truly hope you adore your new Zeenety pieces. Each item is carefully chosen to bring a little extra sparkle to your everyday — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings or any jewelry that has been worn.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. You can email us at zeenetyjewellery@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Eligible items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging
• Reported within the 7-day window
We’ll be happy to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you’d like an exchange, please email us first so we can help.
Non-Returnable Items
